I'm confused, one of the Primes seems the be Leader scale, then the Prime with trailer looks more Voyager?

Am I just confused or are they 2 different toys?

Bloody awesome though!!

Saw this on the front page of TFW2005. They're reeeeeeally p***ing me off lately with their complete lack of disregard for spoilers.

Other than that, meh. Looks great in alt mode, but I'll stick with my RotF Prime.

I'm not terribly disappointed by this. OP's forearms suffer from popeye syndrome but the upgrade looks ok. Will definitely pic this up to go on my Prime shelf

They do have a link on the right hand side of their main page to only show non-movie news, for people who don't want to be spoilt.

Enjoy

Source link of the pics? (kinda necessary in the news section)

Problem is by just going to the front page and having the image splashed right there defeats the purpose of having a link to the side that you must press after you've already been spoiled.

Even though I'm not diggin the design of this, it's nice to see Prime get his trailer back

lovin' the alt, but since I buy for the bot mode for I'll probably skip it unless it is/gets cheap.

I wonder if the trailer is compatible with ROTF Prime (obviously for Vehicle mode only). The 'ultra' mode just looks cheap though. It's like Prime got the Combiner-Class Devastator treatment (bigger the toy, less of the fine, smaller articulations and details)

Looks a little less than ultimate to me, while there are a few nice features it looks inferior to the ROTF Primes, and I'm not sure the trailer adds that much.

.....Sigh. I reeeeeeallly hope this can combine with ROTF Leader Prime.

.... why is that butterfly eating optimus? ...

don't really like the look of this, glad Prime has a trailer but that combined mode looks terrible, dont mind the non super mode though (even with the popeye arms)

Yeah... the cab robot itself doesn't look that spectacular and certainly doesn't hold a candle to either TF1 or ROTF Leader Primes really. Looks like they sacrificed engineering for the cab robot for the trailer - and I can't tell how complex the transformation may be, but the end result isn't aesthetically that exciting (i.e. Butterflyimus Prime). There's box on the front of the trailer which I suspect may house a sound gimmick, which would eat up a lot of the budget. This toy looks okay, but you just know it's gonna be ridiculously expensive.

The truck mode with trailer looks sweet as though. I dunno... hopefully they'll release a smaller scale DOTM Prime w/ trailer (Legends?). If it's gonna cost anything like Ultimate Bumblebee, then the toy might shelf warm for a while, so I don't think I'm gonna rush to grab this toy (if at all). The only thing about it that really appeals to me is the truck w/ trailer mode. The super robot mode looks kinda fairy. Meh.

looks like there's a theme here,

vehicle mode looks nice, combined mode not so nice.

I like the arms in compined mode, but I've never been a fan of any version of optimus with huge back/wing/kibble. does look a bit fairy.

Optimus Prime: "Give me your Teeth!"
The fallen: "please, take my whole face"

I had so much hope for this figure. Why couldn't they make ONE decent Optimus Prime figure for this entire toy line????? But to be honest I may end up buying this anyway. It would have to be the best of the optimus' we've seen and I will need a trailer for my collection seeing as it's in the movie... Sigh.

I would hate to think how hard it would be to combine Optimus and his trailer together.

This is brining back nightmares when I had to combine from ROTF Optimus and Jetfire! Man did that take forever!

it's finshed it's nap in subspace:p... not a fan either of Fairy Prime mode (sugarplum bombs away!!). Why couldnt they just make it a proper repair bay or something? I mean yeah big wings will indeed be useful in a fight...... for target practise FOR the 'cons (just needs a couple of arrows pointing towards Prime:D) .... and really helpful when getting through doors.:rolleyes:
