Since it's a movie year, it's no surprise that pretty much everything on display or featured on the global forums is Movie related... so be aware of spoilers if you click on any links labelled as DOTM.

Doing Prime QnA with creators now, Kline et al, showing upcoming ep clip.
Bulkhead and Miko in dark tunnel, Bulkhead screaming like little girl cuz its dark and he's scared. BB and raf in another par of tunnel. being chased by little insection like bots, that actually looks like round sharkticon faces.
Swarmed up the tunnel into autobot base and kicked Ratchets butt. All three back up in base, all getting eaten by the bugs, no happy ending.

Talking about how awesome Cullen and Welker are. (They) Do record in real time, with all actors in room, rather than in spurts.
Most CG series have 2 year pre cycle. This only had a year. Most premiere 1 ep, then come back later, they did 5. So, it has been a challenge.

Hesitation to do what they did with Cliffjumper? Wanted to set a tone right off the bat for the show. Have it be accessible to kids and adults through story. Cliffjumper may be revisited in flashback episodes, and connection between him and Arcee.
Zombie TFs, or hidden transformers on earth, will we see more? Yes more bots and cons. But, being CG, it will be more limited than other forms of animation. More cons than bots. Female Decepticons. Sleepers on this planet, and some from outer space.
Dig Arcee and Ratchet. More Dark Energon, used in new ways. Are there other forms of Energon???
Hints - Planned for 3 year arc. End of season 1 is HUGE. From Past, about as "BIG AS YOU CAN GET" mumble.... planet.... mumble...

Looks like Hasbro are trying to take on Lego again, this time with a name that sounds similar... Lego - Kre-o.

No new Generations/Reveal the Shield pics?

as neat as the DOTM toys (well, some of them,) look I'm disappointed we aren't being shown new toys from the "Classic" line.

I too share your grievance TB, but I'm not terribly surprised we didn't see anything new dude because I reckon they're going to start gearing up the promotion of DOTM like a vengeance in the not too distant future IMO. ;)
Subsequently, I imagine that very little light will be shed on the Classicsverse now because it probably wont be too long before they shelve it again :(, which sucks because it'll no doubt end up with another new name , but this is to be expected really. :o

Ok, fair point but for how long through 2011 though? ;)

I'd be surprised if they put any effort behind the Classicsverse line once DOTM is in full swing which is probably when we'll see it's shelving IMO - around June/July, regardless, it's even less likely IMO that we'll see them prevalently over here anyway because our retailers will want to make the most out of the Movie figures. :(
(It'll be worse down here in the Illawarra anyway :o)

I dunno, just a feeling I guess but I tell you what though - I can't wait to see the TakTom version of that Ultimate Prime though! ;):D

Their factories can only pump out so many toys, and in 2007, everything was put on hold for the Movie toys, which they couldn't even keep up with. After the theatre-DVD 'season' ends around Oct-Nov, we should see the winding up of the movie toys, and a return of non-movie lines. Like Prime and Generations. And if we are lucky, they might still throw out a wave or two of non-movie toys during that May-Oct Movie season.

I'm sure they will be back soon enough, at any rate I saw enough toys I liked in those toy fair pics to satisfy me till they do. In non Transformer Hasbro news it looks like Hasbro is releasing some new classic style GI Joe sculpts finally so I think they have finally cottoned on to the idea of making classic remakes an ongoing part of all their toy lines (even if they do change the name of said lines every week).

Anyway liking the look of Crank Case, Road Buster, HA mini vehicles, and mergiverse Powerglide (he is a real a10!), although the best thing I've seen in the toy fair pics thus far is non TF the Cobra Techno Viper, joy!!!!!!!!:)

One of the reasons why Generations wasn't showcased at all is Toyfair is mainly for the retailers, industry and press. The retailers are interested in seeing the latest toylines for the coming year, not necessarily Hasbro presenting "more waves for stuff you already stock".

Dude, the new Human Alliance stuff is the toyline I've wanted since I was a kid. M.A.S.K + Transformers! I can't NOT buy them.

The Cyberverse stuff also look fun. I'll definitely buy The Ark.

I don't know why people are stressing that Generations is finished. Remember we were all saying the same thing about Classics, Classics 2.0 etc. It will continue, maybe just under a different name.

Generations is dead. Long live Classics 4.0 :)
