Dunno dude. With most of the non cute-sexy girl licences, they seem to mostly release one or two characters only. It would certainly be a missed opportunity.

I remember seeing Guyver at the top of a Figma voting poll on Facebook (I think) as one of the most demanded characters.

I actually don't have a Guyver 1 fig, so I'm definitely getting this one.

Its funny you say that, its from Studio Ghiblis first non animation film, Giant God warrior Descends on Tokyo. Anno, the guy who created Evangelion helped creat it, he was also a key animator on the Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind film, and he later drew inspiration from the film’s Giant God Warriors (and childhood memories of the tokusatsu franchise Ultraman) to create Evangelion.

I'd only call it bad if they released him in him as a boy prior to becoming a mercenary on his own. The 'band of the hawk' version is essential as is the 'black swordsman' and the 'berserker' armor form.

Fate/Stay night "Virgin bride" and some (probably very crappy) PSP game. I am surprised they even bothered releasing the PSP game with this, it has been delayed for almost a year. Intial release date was winter last year. And the item that tests your love for figma, BRS Insane and the Bluray box set. Nabbed off amazon at about $100 off the inital price, but still swear-word-inducingly expensive!

bit of a story to this one. I really like BGS so I bought another one from amazon Japan and sent it to the inlaws house. Mother in law (God bless 'er 'eart) decided that in a space saving effort she would chuck out the box. But she kept the clam shell packet and the back of the box anyway. Problem is, this was the one I wanted to keep MSB...:o:rolleyes:

As a result it is a 100% genuine BGS just with no box. All parts are there and I am pretty certain she is even still encased in those annoying plastic sheets as well.

My thoughts exactly.

My figmas usually stay in a cabinet or remain boxed, so fixed figures with interchangeable expressions will suit me fine. :D

That said I probably won't get Shimakaze since I can't read enough Japanese to play Kancolle, but I'm excited to see what the future may hold.

Was messing about with my Matoi the other day. Very nice indeed I will say. Yes she is VERY light on accessories, but she didn't really have that many in the first place, without going through an entire upgrade.

You get her scissor blade in extendy version and normal version. A struggling face, neutral and angry face (which are all great). Due to her heels, she is a bit unbalanced without the stand, but you can get her to pose fairly well.

'The Thinker' has become a figma to continue his pondering!
'The Table Museum' is a series of figma figures based on famous works of art that almost anyone will recognize! The first in the series is the classic sculpture by Auguste Rodin - The Thinker!

The Thinker was originally a centerpiece of a sculptural group work called 'The Gates of Hell', but now the silent, pondering sculpture can be found in textbooks around the world. The figma version is of course articulated, so while you can pose the classic 'Thinker' pose, you can also place him in a variety of different poses to bring out a completely different charm to the work of art!

-Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out the classic Thinker pose, or various other action poses.
-A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
-A special stand, chest and head part are included to recreate the classic pose, but various other head and hand parts are also included.
-An articulated figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.
