First we heard a rumor about an upcoming “Buzzard” toy for Transformers: Dark of the Moon thanks to a Walmart listing.

Then on the Transformers 3 Superbowl TVSpot we saw a dragon like Decepticon bird.

Still to this very day, many Transformers fans are speculating who this mysterious robot bird is.

Today, thanks to Taobao auctions, we are taking a look at the possible Toy version of the said robot.

The description by the auctioneer calls the toy “Laserbeak”. Just to make matters more interesting, the toy color scheme is similar to the original G1 Laserbeak toy (with matching blasters/guns) as well.

Intriguing. Wonder if he will be one of Soundwaves minions. I will be over the moon if he is. And he will more than likely be another figure I buy, anything to do with Soundwave is pure win in my books :D

I reckon they should make him able to combine with a retooled RotF Ravage Mindwipe/Skystalker style for Bayverse Sky Lynx.

I quite like the movie asthetics and the way this guy looks, but it looks like he may forgo a real altmode like Ravage, which would make him a fail in my book.

Not overly excited but will get it anyway more then likely. I like SOundwave and Co.

Though i do think from what i've seen so far that this line is fairly uninspired. The leaders class looks nice but the oversized weapons? No win there. I understand why they need gimmicks but do you remember G1? Their gimmick was robots that transform. Isn't that the point?

I like the mold but not the colours. I'm hoping it gets repainted to death like Ravage was so I can find some colours I like.

I like how the alternate modes for the deluxe beast Decepticons have gotten less 'phoned-in' as it were over the course of the movie series.

Skorponok had... well a Scorpion standing on hind legs
Ravage had... like a protoform re entry style thing (to be fair I quite liked his 'vehicle mode'
Buzzard/Laserbeak has a Sigma Six Dragonhawk (with feet).
