The Userguide (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=2) has just been totally overhauled, to incorporate new rankings (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=10242)and a few other recent issues and changes here, like the new Staff structure, abandoned accounts, and the board's position on KOs & pirated media.
The 'Firepower' bit is still being finalised, as I need to be sure that payments can be done quickly and easily, without having payment details publicly visible to non-members as well.
Corrections and suggested changes are welcome.
