Now out, the final release of the Masterpiece Convoy in Japan (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/masterpiece-convoy-last-shot-edition-released-gallery-171768/) (and maybe also by Hasbro). But it seems that very little is different, on both the toy and the packaging.
The toy itself appears unchanged, in terms of colours, paint apps and even stickers (like the wrist communicator stickers, which have changed before). And the packaging doesn't even say 'MP-1l' - there are some changes to the packaging details on the back, but the most obvious thing on the front is the shiny new sticker.
Hidden away on a back panel is a remoulded part with 'Last Shot' on it... and it comes with one of the display stands that Hasbro gave with their DVD edition, but everything else is pretty much the same if you already have one or more versions of this mould.
The Display Stand has 16 sound bits from the Japanese voice actor - Tessho Genda.
Some reviewers are claiming (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-images-of-transformers-united-frenzy-rumble-masterpiece-mp1l-convoy-last-edition/21127/) that there have been some tweeking of the mould, like the chest panels, leg extension and better balance... but could just be some good samples getting out like before.
And apparently, the next MP was not revealed by the Display Stand, as earlier promised by TakaraTomy.
