He only real draw in Purchasing this guy is getting a "Western Exclusive Recoil 'Targetmaster'"...
Unfortunately the Pcc commander is kind of boring and I find the transformation unimaginative an underwhelming. The only thing I do like about the toy is his head and helmet that forms the combiner mode head. I like the concept but ultimately still kind of poopoo.

That said the targetmaster minicon dude is an excellent alternative to having to shell out significantly more for the Japanese exclusive. What's more this one has clear plastic and the Japanese alternative uses hasbro gray. The minicon itself isnt as bad as I was worried it might be and I find I actually quite like it! The swivel waist that moves the head is a nice mechanism too!

Pick it up for the targetmaster so Kup won't feel too lonely! Prepare to be disappointed by the main fig though.

How dare you badmouth him!!!!

Having completed all the PCC range, I've gone and put them together same arms and same legs for each 5 pack (exceptions being steamhammers guys, and 4 leftovers with no repaints....)

This guy with the 4 possible plane limbs = AWESOME

I understand why some people don't like PCC's but for some reason I love them.
As for Skyhammer and Airlift compared to earlier releases he is much improved in both robot and minicon. Skyhammer works well in all 3 modes and Airlift works well as well.
I'm having dejavu..Haven't i already written a review for Skyhammer where i cleverly observed Airlifts 'Big Hug' Mode?
Anyway i like him and think he's worth it.

Damn really? That's a great price, I'd buy it for that. If only for the targetmaster :p

It was really good timing because there was only one each of heavytread and sky hammer. So I grabbed both.

@lcz128, the skyhammer figure really isn't that bad. I've got him combined with the aerialbots and he's nicely proportioned. Heavytread's a squatbot in combined and commander modes.

I'm a fan of this mould. The arms and legs tuck in beneath the alt-mode much more neatly than many plane-transformers and I love the flying goggles gimmick a la Highbrow. As with all PCCs, the minicon is rubbish. For $7 at Big W, how can you resist!
