Special Edition DOTM game for 3DS and Wii

Looks like the exclusive 'Stealth Versions' (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/transformers-dotm-video-game-covers-revealed/21487/) are packed with a free RPMs/SpeedStars minivehicle, with 3 different vehicles being released.
Not sure if these will be released globally, or if they are exclusive decoes, or just a free regular toy.

I was wondering what was happening with those toys on the box. Good to know that you at least get something with them.

Maybe this will stop me potentially getting these games in a not-so-legal manner...
Then again I'll probably just pass on these games anyway.
