Name Game III - Theme: TFs with an animal form

Ok, same as before people - only thing different is now we copy and paste all previous names used, so it is easier to see what has been used
(eg. Cybertron Primus -> Starscream -> Moon -> Nightbeat -> Trailbreaker -> Reflector -> Rampage -> Erector -> Rhinox)

A new game starts when someone stuffs up, OR when there are no more possible follow-on answers, OR when someone names something that is not a transformer, or within the theme.

Eggleo is indeed a lion and was released as part of Beast Wars II. The mould was originally part of Micro Change's Meteor Robo and was reused in KISS Player.

Sorry Sofaman but Longtooth doesn't count. We're only meant to include Transformers with some kind of beast mode. And calling his Pretender shell a beast is kinda dubious... it's a monster which kinda resembles a walrus. But his alt mode is a buggy so that doesn't count. I used Octopunch before because he does actually transform into a crab.

well im going to say pretender shell count. why? because i think their shells are kind of modes to me, and longtooth's shell is definately animal, ugly yes, but animal :p

X, aka Protoform X, was Rampage's original name. The name "Rampage" was assigned to him when he was enslaved by Megatron. On Earth, Depth Charge still referred to him as X.

There was even an X marked on his stasis pod and on the back of his beast mode shell (although it's more noticeable on the Japanese version of the toy).

yes... hence why I said "aka Protoform X" - aka stands for "also known as." And he is called X, Protoform X and Rampage at different times - but "X" is one of his aliases.
