Gonna have to check that one out. Robot Chicken does some funny parodies of Transformers including Soundwave after the Great War as a port-a-potty

Watch Episode 8( IIRC) of Panty and Stocking Anime... its a funny tribute to TFs. I believe Kaiden has his Avatar of Rodimus Panty:D and Valkyrie 76 has for his avatar Stocking megatron:D

If it's a new episode, I believe it's 'news worthy'.

Where's the follow-up likely to lead anyway...

Personaly, I like the scene where Peter gets Soundwave as a co-worker. :D For Robot Chicken it's Soundwave as a 1980s cassette player in the 2000's. :D

Seibertron has more details on the episode (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/transformers-featured-in-new-family-guy-episode/21278/), which has a really well voiced Megatron.

I too noticed that eh. :D
It is either Frank Welker or one of the many other Voice-Over artists that have managed to pull off an extremely accurate impression!:cool:

Stupid Negatron, I wonder if he's related to Broadside? :p

Apparently it is Welker. Some people have confirmed his name in the credits!

See, this is the Megatron voice I wanna here. I remember when he did it to a crowd when 'Prime" was announced - and they went nuts!

Does family guy even have authority to pay out actresses race and franchises?

Censorship, celebrity and parody. The cornerstones or character assassination.

I wonder just how much these popular prime time shows pay Welker to do these guest spots as Megatron (and such) when he seems to have little interest in doing actual Transformers productions... unless it's a big high profile production that also stars Peter Cullen.

Besides the well-known story of the Beast Wars cameo that he rejected, he also passed on doing a guest spot on Animated, apparently because Cullen wasn't on the show as well.
