Hasbro have Submitted 14 new Trademark Applications to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

As reported here (http://www.seibertron.com/energonpub/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=38948).

In short these are the names that Hasbro have applied for:

Autobot Camshaft
Autobot Wheelie
Autobot Blades
Autobot Cosmos
Decepticon Bludgeon
Decepticon Heavy Load
Scrapper
Mudflap
Brawn
Oilslick
Mixmaster
Blitzwing
Lugnut
Warpath

It appears that many are for Animated and already announced Classics toys, but Bludgeon, Wheelie and Cosmos all sound very interesting!

I really hope bludgeon isn't a re-paint of the G2 legend Megs. Please be a new mold!

Well if he (Bludgeon) appears in the Animated line wouldn't that be something! Id nab him quick anyways whichever line he's put in...if only theyd do an Arcee thats a car hmmm. Animated already featured her hopefully they consider.

Decepticon Bludgeon

I'm guessing they'll probably repaint this guy into Bludgeon:

I've seen pics of Bludgeon made out of this figure around the web & they looked pretty damn cool :)

You'd be happy to know then that there will be an Arcee toy, as a car similar to the Gen1 vehicle, for the Animated toyline. Looks like it won't be released until early next year though.

Only 23 years too late. But ah well, it'll probably be for the best as it'll more than likely far surpass anything they could have done in 1986 with the toy.

I just hope there isn't too much shell-forming.

After seeing Bludgeon there I'm left wondering if they would ever plan a new Thunderwing based on the use of him in the the comic book world.
