More of a show piece in alt mode. Bot mode is posable but big side panels as kibble make it back heavy. Looks nice, 3rd mode is half arsed. Tail spins as a weapon
Overall: 7/10

I love sharks so grabbed Cybershark when out shopping one day. Nice alt mode but in no way poseable. Colours look good and he looks fearsome. Only problem is the hinge that holds the front fins has come loose on mine so he flops down and won't stand properly.
Robot mode is a bit hard to transform. Have to take the rear pieces off mine in order to do it. Great big claw arm looks savage. Easy to pose though the amount of kibble of him can get in the way.
3rd mode...best not to bother.

I found this toy to be massively disappointed, but I think that was because there was so much damn HYPE over this toy before it came out in 1999. I remember so many toy magazines giving this toy rave reviews like it was one of the best Transformer toys ever made which really raised my hopes and expectations for this toy... then I went hunting for it, and when I finally found it in Kmart I got all excited, bought it, went straight home and opened it... wha?!
To this day I still don't understand what all the hype was about. A lot of the panels fall off too easily and I don't like how the beast mode is moulded in a "mid twist" position.
this is (imo)the best coloring for this figure mold.
IMO CR Gelshark or RiD Gelshark are better repaints of this mould as they more adequately highlight some of the nicer details of the sculpt. I find TM2 Cybershark to be rather bland by comparison.
Not recommended unless you're a completist or are a particular fan of this mould.
