Just gimmick toys so far (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showpost.php?p=237866&postcount=762)(Activators and Gobots - by christalcase at a Toyworld), before the May 14th/15th/16th release 'date', so we might see some mainline toys soon as well.
It's less than 2 weeks left, so not much longer now.

And at BigW in QLD by niko milo (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showpost.php?p=238228&postcount=692) - the small playsets

By Fatbot in NSW - 'Target parramatta will have wave 1 dotm toys on display by lunch time'

Which means all of the majors are now receiving their DotM stock, and some are putting it out as soon as they get it. So check the stores if you are keen.

Looks like sporadic sightings in most chains now (Kmart, BigW, Target, Toyworld), in any state, of the entire first release of Cyberverse and/or Mechtech (possibly covering first 2 waves).
There is still another week before stores should be releasing them, and TRU will be a chain that should be keeping to this (due to their special launch in Melbourne on the 14th). So for those trying to track down Movie toys early, be aware that sightings (and info copied into here) will be random, minimal and inconsistent in terms of stores and states and prices - the staff here will try to make as much sense of sightings as possible during this next week, until we know for sure what each store-chain are getting and pricing them.

Sometime next week I'll go around the stores to get a full list of prices and toynames between the stores and post up a comparison list here. Until then, please keep posting prices & toynames in the sightings section when ever possible.

Comparison price lists would be great. I get the feeling we're being hosed by some of the retail prices this week, but am hoping that there will be a catalogue sale to price match against once they're 'officially' released.
I don't mind paying a premium to get a few choice figures early though.

I think you will find that Big W will have the cheapest prices upfront unless there is a crazy release sale. I recall for ROTF - no one had a big sale.

TF DOTM Cyberverse set - eg Starscream Orbtial Assuault Carrier at Kmart was $29 and Big W was $23.

Moral of the story is to keep the receipt in the short to medium term so if you get ripped off you can nullify it.

I called Target Blacktown this morning and they told me that they have DOTM in their store room, but they're not going to shelve them until the embargo date of May 16. Apparently they got all kinds of big display things to go with it, including some fancy endcap display.

Don't pay 49.99
Pay 39.99 for Transformers Mechtech Voyager

Don't pay 99.99
Pay 89.99 for Transformers Mechtech Leader

Anyone seen Wave 2 Deluxes yet? (Topspin, Barricade, Jolt)
I can't imagine we'd skip them, with Wave 3 being seen at Toyworld (I'd expect different stores could end up with different assortments as different shipments arrived at Hasbro and were sent out to stores)... I just want to see if the Checklist needs to say that they are in AUS yet.

Actually that is a Mr Toys Toyworld cataloge.

For Toyworld catalogue:

Delxues $24.99
Leader is $69.99

All Mr Toys Toyworld's should honour the pricing.

Mr Toys Toyworld is apparently owned by 1 person and he has sort of splintered off. It's very confusing! Mr Toys Toyworld is predominantly located in SE QLD.

Uh, okay.... I just wanted to be sure that it is wave 2, and not just repacks in the wave 3 cases (which Sideswipe was).
I just don't recall anyone mentioning seeing Topspin yet.

That's what happens when you order too much of Wave 1 HFTD, my local TW has so many deluxe ironhides, jetblades and ravages left.

I just called a few K-Marts around SA. They're expecting to unpack their DOTM toys very soon.

Will will see Leadfoot (Red NASCAR wrecker) in Deluxe? I know its going to be a HA.

The green and blue wreckers are released/due to be released?

It makes sense for all 3 to be made as a set.

HASBRO really should get all 3 made as a Deluxe and HA.

I would buy both?

Maybe this will be a for a future relase.

It's definitely a 3-pack in the making, as a store exclusive, but we're yet to see a size class that has all three in general release.

Legion so far - Leadfoot, Topspin.
Deluxe so far - Topspin, Roadbuster.
Human Alliance so far - Roadbuster, Leadfoot.

And with all that sponsor logo decos on the 'real' Nascars, it would be easy to re-release a new minor redeco based on changing sponsors on those real Nascars. (like the Alternator Smokescreens)

And just in - Roadbuster in Legion size (http://www.bwtf.com/toyreviews/dotm/legion/roadbuster/), making it the first to have a complete set in one size.
