Made from a Darkmount with a Drift head.
I had thought of using an Armada Demolishor, but the "chicken legs" did nothing for me. I know the Darkmount mold has backpack issues but I reckoned this would be a better match amongst other Classics figures.
The head had to be glued on. Darkmount's lower jaw forms part of the head joint and I couldn't figure out a way to keep Drift's head movement.
The shoulder missile is a leftover Seeker missile launcher. I carved out the socket from a spare Seeker wing and glued it on to the shoulder. The missile launcher can be moved around and removed.
The hook is the tip from a lightning bolt from a Total Justice Superman kryptonite ray emitter.
I spray-painted the legs. On the first one I left the rod that plugs in beneath his knee uncovered and when I tried to fit it back together, it went about 2/3 way in then jammed. No matter what I did I couldn't get it to move. Luckily this rod is also held on by a screw and I was able to get that back in. So instead of being secured at two points his right leg has only one, making it a bit floppy.
No alt mode pics yet. I don't like the transformation for this mold, plus I want to give the paint and glue a chance to set properly. I'm not sure what I'm going to use to replace the tank barrel. Hopefully the missile launcher can jam in there. To be honest this is probably going to remain in robot mode so I may not even bother.
You may be able to see in the pics there's a spot of paint missing on his chest. I had to go to work before being able to fix it.

Ha! I wish! I'd love to get paid to mess around with toys!
I usually have several projects on the go at once, so while I'm waiting for paint to dry on one project, I'm fiddling with another.
Plus it helps there's very little on TV I like to watch.
