He's cool.

I love him, although Voyager is better!

Whilst he is nothing to his Voyager incarnation, this is a thoroughly fun figure to just sit there and repeatedly transform back and forth - He works well with Commander Class Optimus Prime in a constant battle over who gets ownership of the Ark play-set too! ;)
(...and the subsequent right to introduce Roller to the Ark's Prison social structure. :p:D)

It is better than Optimus. Some advice though....if buying from. kmart, get the Cyberverse playset version with longer trailer. It's only $4.75 more!

This is probably one of the characters whom I'd recommend the larger version over the smaller one, as this one isn't a full-length tanker truck - other Cyberverse toys are at least the full/proper vehicle.
I still like this one as a toy though, and still recommend it, mostly for the robot mode.
The chest section (front of truck) was a bit tricky to work out, and the guns are a bit lame. The arms are a bit stringy, reminding me of the TF2 Mixmaster's arms.
It's just disappointing that the Cmdr class robots aren't much bigger than Legion class toys, because they have oversized accessories. Kinda like the Mechtech weapons forcing a downsizing of the larger size classes to give the same amount of plastic in each package.
