So, this is not the isue of the cut fingers.

though it may relate to why they have been cut, I got a Crankcase yesterday, I was lucky enough to get one with the uncut finger.

Problem is both fingers are vry bent and mangled, I thnk from being folded into the toy in the wrong way, as a result the fingers are pretty ugly.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this, so I can decide if it's worth my wihle taking it back for an exchange.

I'd exchange it on the principle of it. I didn't have that issue and mine is the uncut version

That's what I'm thinking, though there is a risk that I'll get one with a cut finger.
I forgot to ask in the first post if anyone has ever successfully corrected bent, rubbery transformers parts or heard of a relatively easy way to do that.

If there is an easy way, I'd be interested in hearing what it is.

if you've decided not to return Crankcase, try boiling the finger in water or gently using a hairdryer and then straightening it. Masters Of The Universe Classics fans are experts by now at dealing with this stuff.

I returned it and got another, luckily with long fingers, a little bent but not too bad. I did manage to get a work colleague to take a photo with his phone. unfortunately I'm overseas for the next few weeks and won't have access to post the pictures but I'll put them up when I get back.

the lady at Big W did suggest the using hot water technique.
