Looks like a KO Thundercracker.

That's such a random choice. Since it says "let's collect them all" on the packaging, were there other figures as well in stock or featured on the back of the card?

Anyway, gotta love how dodgy some KOers are. I found some G1 combiner limbs at my local $2 shop, which look smaller. Terrible.
