They are finally making proper Targetmasters for Classic figures:

I am already happy with FP's Sidearm for Firebolt but would love the other 3 for Scouge, Blurr and Kup.

Note that this 'Fracas' comes with a 'C' clip so that he can attach to the head in jet mode.

i thought this was pretty good considering i did not want the exclusive minicons that were assigned to the 3. hopefully the price is reasonable too.

I suspect that they will probably be a better priced than the Japanese exclusive PCC repaints. I am glad I didn't buy them.

Clever design.
There are only 2 moulds, but the legs are reversable, so with the inverted colours they look like 4 moulds.

I would be interested in picking up the 3 you mentioned Kup also, as I too am quite happy with FP's Sidearm as Firebolt plus these look far more like Targetmasters than Minicons. ;):D

They look much better than the minicons, but I can't say I'm all that impressed thus far.

I do like how Kup's targermaster is called Shot Piece, could it be a Dr Smoov reference. :D

Sometimes I wish web forums had a "Like" button. I LOVE this. I'm a huge Targetmaster fan and I'm so happy someone has finally done this. I swear if they get the green light, then I'm going to have to find an Inferno to paint up as Artfire :)

I can't wait to see product shots when they're available. The Megatron and Browning look horrible though.

I am actually excited for these. They look cool!

Naturally FP's Sidearm (not-Firebolt) looks to be a superior sculpt but these are still pretty nifty. Assuming they are reasonably priced, I will probably buy all of them except Firebolt as I already have Sidearm.

Yep noted that above, though Scourges partner Broomstick is pretty amusing too, most people probably don't realise the "r" is there.:D

I like the improved articulation on the robot modes, but the weapon modes are a little too rigidly adherent to the original "blocks with barrels" designs for my taste.

I do like them, I may pick up a set of these when they come out.

The Japanese exclusive Targetmasters were free at select outlets with a purchase. Kinda hard to beat that price. ;)

Dealers may inflate the prices in the aftermarket, but that's not representative of their original retail value. I know that the official Targetmasters were "shoe-horned" repaints of PCC Mini-Cons that don't work as well as these 3rd party toys and definitely NOT worth paying for... but as freebies I think they were cool. :)

That is not an option nor a factor for people living outside Japan so it's totally irrelevant to us. We have to pay aftermarket or re-seller prices.
