The release of the next wave of Generations toys must be close, with the appearance on one of the usual Asian sites (http://bbs.actoys.net/read.php?tid-757435.html) of Sky Shadow in packaging.
At least we get to see what the actual toy looks like, instead of a prototype or photo-shopped promo image.
More images are likely to surface of these two now that they are in the hands of fansites.

Oh man, I can't wait to add another Decepticon to the ranks as the colour scheme they've given this bloke is sweet! :D
I'll be looking forward to getting the other Junkion too. ;)

Looks quite nice, love the colour scheme. Was the Thunderwing mould a good mould? Still haven't had a chance to pick one up.

I love the mould. One of my favs. Only downside to it is the drone (nose cone) as it doesnt do much. Love the fact he has the ability to stack his guns ontop of each other

Oooh! Exciting! :D I guess Hasbro couldn't secure the rights to the name Black Shadow -- Sky Shadow's close enough. :)

I saw some at Kmart a few weeks ago.

I quite like Thunderwing, but that might be my G1 bias kicking in. The robot mode is based on G1 Thunderwing's Pretender shell rather than the actual robot, so it does look kinda organic-ish (although not nearly as organic as the G1 Pretender shell)... parts of it looks kinda inspired by the way Thunderwing appeared in IDWverse (to me anyway). The shoulder spikes kinda impede on articulation and the jet mode has quite some robot kibble undercarriage - which I know many jetformers do, but Thunderwing especially moreso than others -- particularly the arms which seem to have nowhere to go in jet mode but just sit there. There's a drone jet which attaches to the underside of the nose of the jet, just like how G1 Thunderwing can attach to the underside of the nose of his shell in jet mode - so another neat G1 homage.
So from a G1 fanboy POV it's a fantastic toy, but otherwise -- it's not a terrible toy, but it's not the greatest thing Generations has pumped out either.

It's also rather short, even for a deluxe. This is what throws me of a bit with this toy but overall I like it.

He looks great in package. I can't wait to see him in hand and especially in robot mode.
I really hope he comes out here

Thunderwing reviews (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=9561), Sky Shadow lacks the G1 comic nostalgia so might be a harder sell.

Pretty unlikely, but you never know what might turn up at Toyworld.
