Yet another DVD exclusive toy for the Japanese market, with a translucent Dual Model kit Optimus (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/amazon-japan-dotm-dvd-release-exclusive-clear-dmk-optimus-prime/22979/). Set for a December 16 release, it will be 14,421yen (about AU$180).

Looks pretty, but is it worth it?

This should be orderable for Australians, as Amazon Japan usually sells these as DVDs, with the toy being the bonus (they don't sell/ship actual toys outside of Japan).

It's not a Transformer it's a model kit in disguise as a transfomer:p:D Gundam to be more precise:D

I would have been more sold on this if it was not translucent, it just seems like a cheap idea

Just confirming this will ship to Australia for ~2300Y.
It also seems to be under some promotion cause another 1000Y or so was discounted for me.
You can see right up to the final step of checkout anyway just like the other Amazon sites, no problems with language for anyone who might be worried.
