Hey everyone. Big transformer fan from Melbourne here. I've been following the podcast from over on tfw2005 for a while now and finally decided to see if there was much of a Australian/Melbourne community (and here you are! :P).

I've been into TF's since around 98' when I got into Beast Wars.

I whole-heartedly agree,
The only disappointing thing was that the Hasbro version of the Transmetal Megatron figure was constructed of a weak plastic around some of the most frequently used joints; namely the hinges for the shoulder/arm assembly. :o

Luckily, Takara avoided this issue entirely by using a stronger plastic though unfortunately; I had to learn the hard way with my Hasbro figure. :(
(I now own the Takara one and I tell you, it was a massive relief :cool:)
