This is the fifth version (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/toy-images-of-transformers-disney-label-mickey-mouse-trailer-standard-version/23309/) of the Disney Label Mickey toy, as the first four (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Mickey_Mouse) were Optimus coloured (blue, red, grey), monochrome (grey, black), halloween (orange, black) and christmas coloured (red, green).
This version is called the "standard" version, as it is coloured to mimic the original Mickey Mouse (red & black).
It's out now, from JP toy sources... for somewhere between US$40-60.
