What is your favourite Transformers-related song?

Mine is NRG's 'Instruments of Destruction'. So badass. So terrifying. So heavy-metal!!!

Mine is NRG's 'Instruments of Destruction'. So badass. So terrifying. So heavy-metal!!!"Instruments of Destruction" (awesome song, well chosen for an awesome scene) with an honorable mention to the Stan Bush Bay Movie 1 'The Touch' version, just 'cos Holger Fath (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Holger_Fath) cracks me up.

+ War For Cybertron ending theme - a nice revamp of "Ground Zero", only of course modifying the lyrics so that it's singing about G1 instead of Beast Wars. Interesting touch. Speaking of touch...

+ The Touch. I even like the new version, which I know a lot of people hate. Although the rappity-rappity part I could do without.

+ KISS Play version of the original G1 "Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers" theme. It's more upbeat and catchy compared to the original (it has that "Hare Hare Yukai" feel to it!), yet remains faithful to it. My daughter loves it too and tries to sing along to it. :)

Both Spectre General songs from the G1 movie soundtrack and Escape by Vince Di Cola ever since I saw that live performance by Next of Kin on YouTube. I also love the Transformers theme song performed by Cheap Trick on the ROTF soundtrack... That is actually my ringtone.

Instrument of Destruction, I love the last bit. Whenever I hear it I just can't help thinking of Starscream's craziness and high pitched coarse voice.

Don't even get me started on the pure instrumental pieces on all the soundtracks (including Jablonsky's). So many of them are my favourite.

That's true. When I first saw that scene with that music playing as the autobots were driving up that alley towards Sam I had chills running up my spine. I find it to be a very uplifting piece of music.

Not really a favourite but recently I've been digging listening to Paramore's 'Monster' off the TF: DOTM soundtrack. Usually this type of music isn't what I normally listen to but it's a good break from listening to the same metal again and again

Totally agree (Its the ring tone on my phone!:)). Also "Escape" from the 86 movie cos its also the title theme music to the classic c64 game Turrican (one of my faves from that era).
