View Full Version : An alternative to eBay

I'm already browsing. It might be good for those who prefer to buy in Australia but for me, I buy a chunk of my stuff from O/S so it might not be as viable. It's a good alternative though and I'll browse it more frequently once I'm cashed up again.

I picked up the complete energon series off a website called ioffer. A handy little website, especially if you can't use ebay on your work computer ;)

If people don't auction stuff there its useless. I am sure that it will be good for regular stuff (clothes, car parts, shoes) but it will suck when it comes to TFs unless people use it to 'replace' ebay at an Australian level.

It seems like a good idea in theory but will it work in reality? Or will DemonBay swallow it up or drive it out of business entirely?

Doesn't the big fish always end up eating the little fish in the long run?
