Hi all, this is my first post on the forum, relatively new collector of transformers. Would have to be maybe just over half a year of collecting but i've always loved transformers.

But anyway, the other day I went into kmart and noticed a price tag labelled "transformers deluxe figures, $15.75". At kmart that is usually the commander class dotm pricing. On the shelf were generations deluxe figures and dotm deluxe figures (which were priced at with a label "deluxe mechtech figures $23") But yeah I matched that $15.75 price tag to what could only be the generation, I picked up Generations Thundercracker and it scanned at $25 but the store let me have it for $15.75. Just thought I would let people know. Not sure if all kmarts have this mistake of having dotm Commander price labeled as "transformers deluxe figures"

Note: Generations figure from Kup, Scourge, Wheeljacky including the new waves of Junkheap, Warpath, Skyshadow are going at TRUs in Singapore for just S$10.

All the Junkheap and Skyshadow and 90% of Warpath had been scalped, leaving lots of Kups and Wheeljacks still around in the stores. I guess your price of $15.75 is pretty reasonable.

The DOTM Deluxes are going for 3 for S$50 right now too.

So I reckon this is not a unintentional mistake

I think it may of been, since when Thundercracker went through the scanner it was $25 which seems like the usual price. And since Commander class figures are supposed to be $15.75, I assume that's where the mix up was.

The $15.75 Deluxes refer to the Movie Exclusive Bumblebee (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Image:DOTM_Deluxe_Walmart_Bumblebee_toy.jpg), Rally Sideswipe (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Image:DOTM_Deluxe_Walmart_Sideswipe_toy.jpg) and Lunarfire Optimus Prime that Kmart got earlier.

As christalcase has mentioned, there are three different "Deluxe" product prices at Kmart - DotM Deluxes, Generations Deluxes, & DotM exclusives Deluxes (the Rally duo & Lunarfire Optimus).
If you were able to convince them to price-match one Deluxe with another Deluxe price-point of theirs, then they were not checking their own product codes, and you were really lucky.

oh awesome guys thank you for clearing this up, I guess I did get lucky then. My kmart should really be more careful with how they describe their pricing :/
