what ultra magnus is this?

Can someone please tell me where this ultra-magnus came from.
It looks masterpiece-ish or is it a custom or something else. Would really like to get one.

I think it was a limited Revoltech at one of the fairs which you paint up yourself but I could be wrong.:o

It's Masterpiece sized (it's next to an MP Starscream), and you can see some of the MP Convoy parts showing, so I'm thinking it's probably the unauthorised MP Magnus upgrade armour

Looks to be a custom built from parts from G1 and MP Ultra Magnus (and possibly some other toy parts harvested too)
