Looks like an official convention run by Hasbro can use Movie toys, as a redeco of the JP Voyager Optimus & trailer set is being produced for the Singapore CybertronCon in March (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/transformers-cybertroncon-2012-exclusive-universal-studio-dotm-voyager-class-optimus-prime/23724/).
Note that it is the JP Voyager trailer (that splits open from the middle), not the US Deluxe Voyager trailer & Chronicle trailer (folds open from one side).
The robot & trailer aren't significantly redecoed, with the most obvious difference being the artwork on the trailer commemorating the SG Universal Studios Ride.
