Too early to confirm, but the word is that after MP-11 Starscream (the new smaller one), the next one could just be a redeco.... MP-11S Sunstorm.
Sounds like an odd choice, but MP-2 was just a redeco of MP-1.
And from the same source (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/mp11s-sunstorm-encore-23-sixshot-on-the-way/24017/), the next Encore release (#23) is said to be a re-release of Sixshot... which was previously released as an "unlabeled" reissue in 2002 (as in, it was basically just a reproduction of the original packaging (http://el-ninogold.blogspot.com.au/2008/08/sixshot-vintage-vs-reissue.html) with no added badging like "Encore" on it).
Sunstorm is said to be out in May, Sixshot out in July.

Nice. Encore's on a roll again - Devastator, Enemy, Wingthing, Nightstalker, Stripes and now Sixshot are heaps more interesting than if they'd just gone back to the umptillionth reissue of Optimus Prime and Starscream.

I was wondering what ever happened to Encore Sixshot. He was rumored to be coming out at the same time Predaking was. Oh well, better late than never :)

You and every other collector man, I'd very much be one of the loudest proponents though. :o;)

There is a lot of complaining on the international boards about MP-11Sunstorm but I am ok with it. I think they needed to put more time into a new figure so the released an existing mould but tried to avoid the "we already have a MP Thundercracker & Skywarp" complaining. Instead they are getting the "why didn't they release cartoon accurate MP Thundercracker & Skywarp instead?!" Silly crazy fans
It does come hot on the heals of MP-11CartoonStarscream so I assume this is a small move due to the iGear seekers. Need to see pics first but I expect it will come with some transulcent swirly flame stuff to set it apart (and above) iGear's version.

Fort Max really doesn't interest me at all. I cant remember him from my childhood therefor have no love for him.

Was talk of it late last year, but it may be a long while off.
Expect more of the same reissues for the foreseeable future (with a few new ones in for "fun")

I'd like to see more combiner teams and the Decepticon city-bots myself, but it's good more fans will be able to get a Sixshot.
As for Fort Max, hope it's true for the same reason (I'm not after one myself), but I'll believe it when I see it.

I have several fond memories of Fortress Maximus from my childhood, ranging from Grimlock calling him "Forky Maxiface" (heh) to watching Galvatron tearing out Fort Max's circuits with his bare teeth! (http://tfwiki.net/w2/images2/0/08/Galvatroniiteeth.jpg)
I'd get a Fort Max reissue in a heartbeat! :D
