When the EB sale was on I picked up "Injustice: Gods Amongst Us" Naturally plays very similar to Mortal Kombat but still had fun. Using the backgrounds, the stage transitions and the super moves are pretty cool :cool:

Bought it out of vouchers from JB a few weeks back. Not a bad little story mode, but the real fun is getting some friends over when none of you have learnt any combos and just guess what buttons do what (we call it classy button mashing) and trying to win.

Sure beats the massive lag in online battles.

Picked it up yesterday evening; the improvements over GTA IV are staggering, I'm simply amazed by both the draw distance & consistently high frame rates! :eek::cool:

I've had the last week off work as annual leave, only coincidental that GTA V came out, so you can guess what i've been doing on my week off.:D

I've read of other players discovering a campsite, then a zapping noise, then the screen going black and then their character wakes up in underpants in a random part of the map. Alien abduction!?!

There are free resources online (mostly wikias) that can tell you this stuff.
And there's always my favorite quote. Why pay for a guide to tell you how bad you are when I'm willing to do it for free?

I got the book from one of those ex Angus & Robertson bookstores. The book smells great! It shows you where all the spaceship parts are, all the different cars, each mission step by step, maps, all the stores that you can rob plus heaps more. Beats trolling the web searching amongst all the dribble to find what you are after.

I was trying to hold off buying this until i'd finished a few PS3 games i'm trying to finish , but i couldn't help myself. It's an awesome game, although i've found it's short compared to the Galaxy games. I've completed the game and just going through the clean-up of stars and stamps. Only have the last 2 worlds to complete.

After a long, long wait i picked up TxK for Vita the other day. Long wait in the sense that i've wanted to play Tempest 2000 since reading all the praise back in the days of the Atari Jaguar! For just $10 on PSN it's a must have for any Vita owner, looks, sounds and plays incredibly well.

Unless you get lucky with online store sales, 3DS games are more or less the same online as in stores. Ozgameshop is often $4-$10 cheaper but take about 2 weeks to arrive.

So I just joined the PS4 owners club. Yays!

First game I got? Thief... and it's... not exactly great. I'm not usually fond of First Person games. Too awkward and clunky for my tastes. I like seeing from Third Person. Many people say I'm weird for not being into Infamous, but I don't give a damn. I want Batman Arkham Knight, Uncharted 4, Mass Effect 4, The Elder Scrolls Online, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 game, ect!

Just got Soul Calibur 4 in the mail. The fighting style is a lot easier than I thought it would be, got through to the end boss and knocked him on his arse on my first go on regular difficulty. And ya gotta laugh when the end sequence for a character takes less than 2 minutes, then ya have to wait through over 5 minutes of credits to see how much gold you won :rolleyes: :p

Naturally my wife had to wander is as I was playing as Ivy Valentine - she was not impressed with Ivy's costume, nor the fact that I was fighting against a similarly attired and endowed character. She couldn't have walked in 2 minutes earlier when I was fighting the zombie pirate could she :rolleyes: She's really not going to be impressed when the SC4 art book I ordered to go with the game shows up in the mail :p
