Just posted the same thing in the ongoing thread, but your thoughts echo mine exactly.

You've already read a third of it :p ?! I can't bring myself to read such a long preview and then pay full price for the remaining two thirds in less than two days time.
I look forward to buying and reading it on Wednesday, and hopefully the preview will help convince sceptics and doubters to give IDW a second try. This book is wonderful.

I never thought I'd say this about Alex Milne, but his art in this series is brilliant. Finally he's using his skills at aping other people's styles to ape someone who's actually good. I like the way that he and Roberts are using Drift's animé-cliché existence as punchlines. And I'm calling it now that Chromedome and Rewind are totally life-partners who are going to find their way onto this page (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Transformer_romance) of the tfwiki. :)

Autocracy #4 (I think it was #4) was far worse than that - IDW 'legally' previewed all but one or two pages on various places around the internet and expects people to pay 99c for it. Since I buy MTMTE as hard copies it doesn't really make a difference when or how I buy bits of it, but with digital downloads they really should think about not giving away the milk when you can buy the cow for free. Or something.

I bought and bD a quick read of this today but did t get to read it properly to many i teruptio s in my lunch break but the rest of the book is good if not better then the preview.
On a side note Does anyone know or remember if/when IDW are going to introduce digital copies with the purchase of hard copies i recall it mentioned towards the end of last year. Marvel have been doo g it the last 4 or so months with some of their titles and I think it should be a natural progression
