I found him prime Starscream and Bulkhead at toyworld today. They looked okay but not worth the $18 they are asking for them. Megs Bot mode did look good though.

It accidentally said "Voyager" instead of "Commander", because I was using the Voyager review as a template, but forgot to change everything (the title).

Cannon doesn't come off. It's on a ball joint but the trunk of the ball joint isn't moulded to the cannon, its glued to it.

bought it today.... Not too sure why though...
Robot mode is nice, although cannon is stuck onto his arm. Worst of all though, is that it isn't angled properly so the cap that protrudes over the barrel is on a horribly wrong angle.
Robot mode I find quite nice although it lacks articulation. The sword is a nice touch and can be mounted on his back when not in use. I like the opaque chest plastic and it looks nice with some light shine through it. Decent sculpting for a small figure. Very little paint and lots of hasbro grey plastic.
Vehicle mode looks like arse. I hate it.
Would I recommend this? Only if on sale and if you don't have another Megatron to lead your forces.
I would be willing to wait for a leader Megatron to show up TBH. or another Megatron of pretty much any form...

This is a good representation of the Megs Prime robot model at this scale...arguably the most accurate in robot mode out of all the Cyberverse figures, but that's not hard when it turns into a bullshit spaceship. And the ship mode on this figure truly is utter BS.
The translucent purple plastic actually works on this figure quite well given the dark energon flowing through Megs. Lolly plastic usually annoys me a lot - Starscream's lolly guns were painted within minutes of opening him - but here it works.
The only annoying part on this figure is that the cannon is on a strange (wrong) angle, and it only needs to be that way to serve the lame alt mode. But other than that he looks great in front of a group of vehicons with Starscream at his side.

lol. So true. :D Herein lies the problem with every version of TF Prime Megatron. At the end of the day, there is no "good" TFP Megatron toy... just one that's not as crap as others. For me the Deluxe figure is the best -- but it's by no means even a decent TF toy!
