Just to clarify:
Can be any Official or 3rd party transformer one may wish to army build as long as rules are followed :) updates welcome if your army grows.

I don't rob every store of every vehicon I see i will see how many are there and then I will leave 1 or two behind :) I think my 12 vehicons came from 8 different stores.. A lot of the time I noticed even fewer ratchets and arcee's then vehicons.

Oh and three Dark Unicrons... I really prefer the Energon Dark version meself, having three, it's the freakin Dark trinity! :D

Some G1s I do have doubles only;) - minibots (all of em), Cassettrons ( so i can display the gestalt mode and in separate mode... admittedly Im starting to do that on Gestalt groups now as well... so I can display em in separate and in their Gestalt mode

and as The Damned mentioned, wait til STL ( if he ever goes active again) posts his Acid storm army and Deceptic optics of his Junkion and Sweeps:D

Questions seeking clarification: does every toy actually have to be identical? What about armies of non-identical Transformers? For example, Autobot Micromasters:

If they need to be the same toy of the same character, are variants/variations of that toy-character permitted? e.g.: the Photocomic I posted where Warpath battled 3 G1 Kickbacks - one was an original G1, another was a TFC reissue, and another was eHobby Salvo. Is this okay or do they all need to be the same version of the same toy? (e.g. army of original G1 Insecticons like liegeprime has)?

sweet, I love transformers aircraft, that's a good mold and that's a very nice squadron.

I am going to have to have a look through my collection and see if I have enough of anything to post here, I think all I'll have is the Autotroopers from botcon, I have a few scourge/sweeps but only one has been freed from it's prison.

I was originally planning to do Bumblebee, but estimated the sea of yellow being close to 200... and didn't have the time to do that.
As noted above, this is all the Gen1 coloured Starscreams (white, red, blue) Starscream toys by Hasbro & Takara in my collection.

And for a small army... All the Wreckers toys.

Target US website, via PriceUSA shipping forwarder. Ended up being bout $35 each for five of them. The sixth one I got from a Texas Target while at BotCon in April.

Looks like one of them is missing it's smoke stack on one side.

Damn, didn't even realise it. Lucky I hadn't sent them out and had someone complaining about it.
There's no stitching there either, so it was never attached at the factory.
Hmmm... now I gotta see if one of the five people wanting one, will be okay with it, as I can't really return it for an exchange. :(

Might just have to see if anyone will take it with a discount (not making any money off them anyway).
