Yep, I never used to be into the club exclusive thing, but I caught the bug last year and am really digging this pair, especially after the very pretty that is over-run.

Hehe, they're a pair of figures I too was really hoping to get but I simply couldn't afford them at the time and I'm not too fond of the secondary market prices either... :o

I shall simply have to enjoy them vicariously. ;):p

Just to hose this down a little... the email says that they only got an early shipment, as the rest will be arriving some time over the next several weeks - and we know that they always leave the foreign shipments until last. :(

yea I read that too, and that if we don't have them byy the end of May we should contact them and check.

it's still good to know they are on their way and we won't be waiting till august

Do they give you a shipping notice when they send it out?

Not that I remember, because it isn't a store order.
Which makes it a long frustrating wait if it goes missing, especially this year with them splitting up the shipments across 2 months.

BTW, as news - they had a small number for sale at BotCon. By the time I got to the store table, they were limiting sale to one-per-person. I got one for Demonac, but if they have any left over later in the weekend when there are no queues, I'll get some more (if there is enough demand for them here). They are $25 each.

Of course the chances are slim, but why not.

Is does annoy me though when I read they are selling them at Botcon - what if the 'lower priority' international ones go missing like what happened with some of the Rodimus .. Are they going to offer that person a Dion again?

There should be no sales until mid June when everyone has had a chance to receive theirs in the mail and make sure they have no issues with (ie missing weapons, missing head, a box and paperwork but no toy etc etc)

Not as good as $25 but better than $90-100 or needing to get another Overrun.

yep picked up mine on Saturday. overall I'm very happy with it, the paint on the roof doesn't quite match the rest of the white plastic but the overall colours are a great homage to the g1 toy.

I'll put up some comparison pics when I get around to it.
