I found a flyer at Toyworld the other day, so had a look on their website.

It is a Lego competition that is exclusive to 203 Toyworld stores around Australia (sorry Sydney)... with minor prizes of $50 & $100 Lego packs, and a major prize - Family of Four to Legoland in California, worth over $16,000.

I thought it might be just for kids, but there doesn't appear to be an age restriction - so appears to be open to everyone.

All you need to do is, build something out of Lego (must be their bricks), print out two photos of it, and submit them with the entry form to a Toyworld store by the end of April. (doesn't look like you need to keep the creation intact for later proof of its existence... so people could end up cheating if they poach pics from the internet).

For more details, head on over to the Toyworld website (http://tw.ginger.arlnet.com/?q=node/449).
Conditions can be found here (http://tw.ginger.arlnet.com/?q=node/450).
Entry form can be printed out from here (http://tw.ginger.arlnet.com/?q=node/451), or get one from your nearest Toyworld store (since you have to submit your entry in person there anyway).

I have heard of this competition before, they usually send a flyer together with the quarterly LEGO magazine too. But on their publications, it's usually kids who win them.

Yep, although there is no age restriction I believe this is exactly what has happened in previous years.
