So it looks like the Japanese will be getting the PowerCore Combiners after all, under the name of EX Masters... and with some fancy new colours (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/united-ex-master-series-images/24605/).

The first wave appears to include two 5-packs, and a double 2-pack.

Bombshock will be Combat Master Prime
Skyburst will be Jet Master Prime

Icepick & Searchlight will be Roller Master Vs Chopper Master

Looks like 5-packs are "Primes" when combined, while the individual commander figures are called "Master".
The minicons are likely to be Microns, to coincide with the release of TFPrime Microns this year.

The PCC line needed better colour-coordination. Grimstone and the Dinobots ruled in this regard. These new colours are a step in the right direction.
