The Tokyo Toy Show in June is to have two exclusive toys (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/tokyo-toy-show-2012-exclusives-translucent-tf-prime-fe-optimus-black-united-optimus-prime/24868/) - a translucent TF First Edition Optimus (in normal colours) and a black United Optimus (the usual Scourge/Nemesis black/aqua colours).
An unknown limited quantity, that will be available for sale at a limit of 2 per person for 5,000 yen (about AU$65) each.

They should announce their exclusives in advance. It's a bit too late to plan a trip to Tokyo. Maybe next year.

I need to acquire these somehow, espy the United Convoy.
Been waiting a few years for that release since the cancelation of the Wondercon Exclusive.

The show takes place from June 14th to 17th.

Another Transformers exclusive item at the Tokyo Toy Show is a freebie item - a translucent golden B2 Micron (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/takara-tomy-website-update-tokyo-toy-show-arms-micron-armsup-campaigns/25032/) (Bumblebee's Micron), given out free to people who visit the TakaraTomy booth.
