At the end of the ep we see Bulkhead appear out of the Ground Bridge with nine colours of snot beaten out of him -- no idea why it's happened, it was a big surprise to me.

^^^ exactly. I was wondering where all the "speculation" came from as it was a surprise to me also. The one Decepticon than I can think of left to be shown going on a relic hunt who is capable of such destruction to Bulkhead is: Megatron...

But Bulkhead can't be dead, surely. So what, the speculation is that Bulkhead is just simply beaten to high hell...? And that rumor has been around for a long time? :confused:

I had also heard of his demise quite a while ago and either ironhide or wheeljack would join the main cast. I hope not though
