Apparently these were first announced for the TF3 movie last year, but never happened, so was thought to be cancelled. Now it seems that they are still coming out, but since they missed the Movie, they are said to include images from all 3 movies AND TFPrime (which is why this wasn't posted in the Movie News Section).
From a Trading Card company called Enterplay (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/update-on-enterplays-transformers-trading-cards/25043/), these are likely to be like other regular Trading Cards like Sports & Hobby Themes, including (apparently) Autograph cards (maybe of the Actors?).
If these are released through Diamond/Previews, or through an independent supplier here, they will probably be in Comic Stores or anywhere that sells Trading Cards of this nature.
