The short-lived PowerCore Combiners by Hasbro continues its release in Japan (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-images-of-united-ex-masters-dinobots-rallybots-destructicons-and-more/25005/), and these next ones have been given makeovers as well.

Five Packs (Combined form is called "Prime Mode")
OCTOBER
EX-03 Road Master Prime (tan/purple Mudslinger & Destructicons)
EX-04 Grimm Master Prime (minor recolour of Grimstone & Dinobots)
EX-05 Race Master Prime (Red Double Clutch & RallyBots)
NOVEMBER
EX-06 Builder Master Prime (green/purple Steamhammer & Constructicons)
EX-07 Assault Master Prime (minor recolour of Crankcase & Destrons)

Two packs Verses sets
OCTOBER
(2) Dozer Master (Icepick) Vs Air Master (Skyhammer)
NOVEMBER
(3) Tank Master (Heavytread) Vs Marine Master (Undertow)

(Translating the katakana into English equivalent wording is always fun... you have to keep slurring the syllables enough just to make out what English word they are aiming for - like "Dozer Master" from "doosaamasutaa" or "Air Master" from eaamasutaa. Tank Master was easy though (tankumasutaa), as was Marine Master (marinmasutaa) I think I should have a few drinks first to help work these out in future. :p )

Random thought... there's history of five-part combiners being mighty ancient beings from Cybertron's past whose individual limbs have no personality (see Energon's Maximus beings). So perhaps these new lot could also be mighty ancient beings. Perhaps some of the lost Primes? Some of the original thirteen Transformers even? Grimm Master Prime is the prototpye beast Transformer, Race Master Prime the prototype autobot car transformer, the prototype Constructicon transformer...

Oh great, now Seibertron's getting into the habit of mistranslating the "Do Not Circulate" kanji as "All Rights Reserved."

If the did EX-06 ?? Master Prime (could be unchanged? Steamhammer & Constructicons) in G1 constructicon colours, i would be all over this

That's not Seibertron adding "all rights reserved". The Asian blog, or their source added it, the Asian blog source (http://blog.yahoo.com/_ED274AZGFINLESDVVHRADMVIMU/articles/648597/index) has it before Seibertron mirrored the images.

On the topic at hand though, that Asian source has the two November 5-packs named (which tfw2005 noted, but not seibertron).
Steamhammer's set is Build Master Prime
Crankcase's set is Assault Master Prime

But going back to my comment about trying to translate and then convert to actual english words... the Asian blog is calling the "Dozer Master" - "Dozen Master". I know Icepick isn't exactly a (bull)dozer, but it is a construction vehicle, so it makes more sense than "Dozen Master".
(funny thing though is that tfw2005 reprinted that name without querying it, or even translating it themselves to see if it was an error)

I love the look of Race Master Prime. He does sound like a bit of a Nazi, though. :)

Tank and Marine Master set is bought.

They're the same price as Masterpiece Sideswipe. Hmm.

I kind of want the Marine Master set just because I never saw Undertow at retail.

Seibertron have mirrored those ehobby images here (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-takara-transformers-united-ex-series-images/25074/), making it easier to see them all in one place... but get those sunglasses on, because there are some bright colours being used on these "Robots in Disguise" :p

Tank Master is awesome. Marine Master is cool as well but I wish he was a Decepticon like Undertow was.

I'm tempted to buy Builder Master and make him my Classics Dirt Boss.

The colours are brilliant - most of these toys looked awful in Hasbro colours, but now they look great. They're all insanely overpriced, though - each set is two or three times more than it should be.

New pics (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-images-takara-tomy-united-ex-series-combat-master-prime-jet-master-prime-and-roller-master-vs-chopper-master/25811/) of the upcoming United Powercore Combiners.

Really liking the complementing colour schemes. May even pick up the VS sets if the prices look right ;)

I don't like Combat Master's deco at all, that light blue looks so out of place. The rest are nice.

More images of the United EX Masters toys.

Combat Master Prime (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/inhand-images-takara-tomy-united-ex-combat-master-prime/25868/) (Bombshock & Combaticons).

Jet Master Prime (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/inhand-images-takara-tomy-united-ex-jet-master-prime-plus-translated-bio/25865/) (Skyburst & Aerialbots).

And the 2-pack of Roller Master Vs Chopper Master (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/in-hand-photos-of-united-ex-power-core-combiner-redecos-175900/).

Interestingly (or not), according to the supplementary material it seems that Straxus is calling himself Roller Master, while Blazemaster and Treadbolt are now Chopper Master and Jet Master respectively.

Colours on all of them all look really good compared to the PCC line, especially Tank Master and Marine Master (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-takara-transformers-united-ex-series-images/25074/) - PCC Heavytread and Undertow respectively. Tank Master's (http://www.seibertron.com/images/toys/uploads/1339643942_8.JPG) colour scheme makes him look like a convincing IDW Hipotank (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Hipotank) :D

However their pricing (http://tformers.com/transformers-official-images-of-united-ex/17498/news.html) is difficult to justify.

A translation of the third chapter (http://www.allspark.com/content/view/10649/37/), on the back of the Combat Master box. Some are saying that it suggests that Combat Master is Onslaught (it didn't seem obvious to me). If these EX Masters are really classic characters with new names, then it might be true.

Those colour decorations are looking really nice and 'United'
Now, forgive me for not looking at the new images but what colour are the connecting pegs? Still Allspark Baby Blue like the American release, or toned to fit in with the set colours.

Shame about the pricing and the fact I have them already and interest in getting doubles (but in a different colour) is at an all time low.

All appear to be baby blue too. :(
Would have been nice to have TakaraTomy colour them to match the figures, but I guess they must be made on their own mould tree, so have to be all the one colour.

Translation of the fourth chapter (http://www.allspark.com/content/view/10710/37/), for anyone following this (expensive) series.
It suggests that Racemaster is Rapido from Gen2.
It also seems to be acknowledging the BotCon Gen2 Redux story... which is technically canon, but I don't know if any BotCon story has ever been referred to by any official Takara/Hasbro product before?
Well... we do now have a general-release Flamewar toy, but that's just a name, not a BotCon story.
