The ball-joints on Shockwaves arms look hideous! Would be good if his hand rotates into his gun ala Generations Windcharger *... he doesn't look right with two hands.
* I know it wasn't a gun but his magnetic 'tool'.

That's Generations Shockwave - I thought the toy looked familiar on the Display stand (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/tokyo-toy-show-2012-first-images-of-voyager-ultra-magnus-thundertron-gaia-unicron-and-more/25079/).
So... as they keep trying to convert the Gen1 style of WFC into the TFPrime universe, Generations FOC Shockwave will be the form of Shockwave used in TFPrime.
It that's true, if Hasbro release a TFPrime Shockwave, it is just going to be a redeco of their Wave 1 Generations toy.
Anyway, a recap of upcoming JP Prime toys from the Tokyo toy show and this new product listing...

Man I hope Hasbro comes out with some of these toys.
I want to add a heap to my wish list, but really don't like the Minicon/added ports/lack of paint detail on the Japanese figures and need/want the 'weapon' that could come with the USA version.
Also a real shame that FOC/WOC toys are being folded into the Japanese Prime line. Means no awesome repaints in their next Henkei/United line (if it even exisits)

"Riperamu" is Leo Prime which is what they're calling Thundertron and unless you're talking about something different, that's some redeco of Knock-out next to Ultra Magnus. Someone said his name is Smokescreen? The photos are too blurry to be able to read anything so I dunno.
Man, Wheeljack is like Ratchet in that he doesn't look right without his original weapons. His Mini-con also makes a pretty awkward looking sword. Weird.

The signs saying "no photos" probably meant that TakaraTomy people were watching, and photos were taken in a hurry or steathly... reducing the number of pics being taken, or in decent quality.

Amiami actually have him listed as Thundertron (http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=TOY-RBT-2434&page=top) so uhhhhh I dunno.

I figured it out... I think.
"Riperamu" is supposed to be "Riopuramu"... based on the Katakana quoted on Robotkingdom (all the online stores seem to be missing the "o", making it less obvious). That then "translates" to LeoPrime. This would appear to be the name (or placeholder name) for the JP Thundertron toy.
(considering the character this toy is based on (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Thundertron), I don't think Leo Prime would be appropriate, so would expect the Japanese name to be the same as the Hasbro name of Thundertron)
