Based on the vague description at a Singapore online store (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/takara-tru-exclusive-gatling-gun-bumblebee-coming-175333/), it sounds like the Weaponizer Bumblebee is going to be a ToysRUs exclusive in Japan.
The Weaponizer Optimus is to be a regular release (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=13817), but with a special Matrix/sword, so this Bumblebee is also a bit of a fancy version, as it might be released in a gold colouring (perhaps like the CostCo Battle Ops Bumblebee).
Plus it will come with a Micron (at least one), and added ports to plug them into.
Scheduled for the end of this year, priced at 8,000yen (about AU$100)... which is about the same pricey amount of the Optimus figure.
