Target and Big W have been clearancing these big time. I'm not sure of the current prices but if you're willing to spend $15 to $30 per figure you could just buy the whole set and onsell the remainder to make back as much of your $15-$20 as you can.

I bought the ratchet box during their 30% off clearance for $13.50, I'd suggest they might still have fairly low prices to clear the stock. especially during the toy sale period. they may even have other daily specialslike they did last thursday at Target.

otherwise, I can't help as I'm keeping my bricks and kreons:D

I'm wondering if it's worth buying a set of Kreons on ebay instead of buying individually.

Have really no desire for the bricks. Just the minifigs :)

i just had a look on ebay, and they want like $15 for an individual kreon. what bullshit thats almost as much as the proper set on clearance.

^^ it sure is a lot for a single kreon..
but there are 2 complete sets (all 28) on now for around 110 (77+33 shipping) Its a bit, but at least you don't have to go through the hunting process, (unless that's what like about collecting:p)

Saw that set too. But only 16 are TF Kreons. I really don't need the drivers.

even if you bought that lot and threw the drivers in the bin, the 16 you want would work out at about 7 bucks a piece. You could try and sell the humans on but i don't think you would get very much (if anything) for them.
Here's some cheaper singles:)

or you could go buy the sets on sale, get the kreons and try to sell the sets on but..
same thing as above. not many people seem to want them without those bloody cute little tf's (i let my big optimus set go for 5 bucks without the kreons, nobody wanted it) Also too not sure about that kreon skywarp. mine has painted purple feet?? might just be a newer version?

my skywarp has black feet.

i was recently at the target toy sale and bought the large bumblebee set and the starscream set for $16 ea. so its kinda hard to justify spending so much on single kreons.

Hmmm interesting, i'll have to dig mine out and have a look. I bought it in a lot ,I'm sure it had metallic purple paint apps on the front of the feet ,I could be wrong though??

Fair enough then, but if you want the kreons, without the bricks, i don't really see a more effortless way then these lots. I would say most adults buying the sets for themselves are just after the tf kreons making the bricks nearly worthless, similar to headmasters today, all the value is in the heads and the bodies are nearly worthless.
e.g. I had to buy Sentinel prime a few days ago (just for the thundercracker kreon), Picked him up for $28 which was good (there is no way i could justify the original 70 odd dollar price tag). Now i'm left trying to sell the the bricks, driver and box... $6 .... any takers?

Can't find my kreons atm (how convenient , i know:p)
but if you just go Google kreon, skywarp, images, it seems to be the more common image.

the painted foot version that is

At least you get 2 TF Kreon for bumblebee. Starscream is just one, the other is the driver.

The TF Kreon only (minifig) or the bricks? If only the Kreon, how much?

Kre-O Prime big is now $58 at BigW. :)

Are there any at TRU?
