Who is buying Fall of Cybertron game?

I really enjoyed the War for Cybertron Game - especially the escalation mode - FOC is looking to be even better in all respects, so a definate purchase for me - can't wait :D:cool:

I'm still playing my way through War For Cybertron, though I am really enjoying it.

I plan to get it after it's releaesd, was thinking about PS3 as an option since I'm thinking about getting a PS3 for blueRay and using as a DVR, a game or two wouldn't hurt. otherwise i'll be picking up the PC version when it's released, possibly through Steam if they support it.

but if Activision want to support a good value PS3 package with a second controller, Play TV, the blueray remote and throw in a copy of FOC I'll be all over that like a fat kid on a cupcake.:D

Not likely to pre-order, because DLC isn't enough of an incentive. Afterall, I will probably end up buying the map packs later as well, which will no doubt include the pre-order exclusives anyway.

Pre-ordered as soon as it was available to be pre-ordered at my local EB store. I still play WFC multiplayer and escalation, so this game has gotta last me another few years. LOL

After playing the demo last night I'm not going to rush out to get it right away.

I enjoyed the demo but it reminded me I've only played WFC through once, on my small old-school TV set. I've never played it with the volume up on a HD flatscreen.

So now that I've got the taste for the gameplay again, I think I'm going to play WFC again and wait for the price to drop a bit on FOC.

(This strategy worked well for me when Arkham City came out - I was keen to play it but satisfied the urge with a replay of Arkham Asylum instead and saved myself $30).

I haven't seen it anywhere. Even if a retailer does stock it, it won't be as cheap as a Steam copy with DLC.

I agree. However it would be nice to know if one exists. It is easier on the wallet to import Retail PC games from overseas than buying them locally if you want the box/manual as a collectible.

Or maybe it's a trend (more sales online than in stores for PC games), and they are just going with the format that the majority would have bought?

Bought the PC version on Steam. I left it downloading this morning so it should be ready to play when I get back.

I will finish off Uncharted and then start playing FOC. I wish for my new 27" monitor to arrive before I get started though ;)

yeh, me. It was also discussed int eh news thread. I just reasoned that it won't be available until the PSN updates later in the week. Give it a crack Thursday morning. Odd that the other two worked though.

Just a heads up, all the dlc codes are now active. was able to redeem my G1 Retro Pack which I had trouble redeeming yesterday. Try them again and it should now work for you.

Yeah, if you pre-order through an eb games, they gave you a code card as a bonus for pre-ordering.
