Hey mate I believe that there was no leader class starscream released for the dotm toyline, there was however a voyager class which was exclusive to target :)

I think it was released here as part of the Hunt for the decepticons line. though it is a movie toy. I don't recall where I've seen it but sometime in the last 6 months I have seen the leader version around sorry I can't be more help.
