Do a search on RK for GDO, not sure what that stands for but that's what they seem to be calling them.

RK had the deluxes a while back but sold out quickly. They had the first 2 voyagers listed last week (Hotspot and Powerdive from memory), but if they're not coming up in a search, they may have sold out too.
From what I could see (trolling around several online retailers over the last couple of weeks), different companies are getting them at different times.
If you luck out, they are apparently going to be released as a TRU exclusive in the states - which means there's a possibility of them appearing here (when is an Asian exclusive not an Asian exclusive?) or they'll turn up on eBay in greater numbers (and hopefully cheaper prices) in a few months.

ehobbybaseshop.com has the deluxes, but aren't cheap.
They had the Legends too (that's where I got mine from).
Ebay has a couple sets, but are also $120+ (plus shipping). It seems that Wheelie is the popular figure out of the four, as that one is the hardest to find on ebay, and the ones that are, are up to twice the price of the other three.

When it's a "China Import" ;)
I thought etoysjapan would carry these because they're based in Hong Kong, but apparently not. :/ Of course I could actually email them about it.
Oh, and Wheelie is pretty common in Singapore? At least some of the fans on the Planet Iacon facebook page gave me that impression.
Wheelie's the only one I need too :/

GDO stands for Global Development Organization. Why they chose to use corporate-speak to convey such high aspirations for a title that's doing the same thing they've always done - basically repainting transformers and selling them only to their the highest grossing regions (US and China) - is beyond me.
Also, two other small online retails has them for about $120 each - Chimungmung (http://chimungmung.com/product_info.php?cPath=32&products_id=753) and AcesToyStore (http://acestoystore.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=62&zenid=dd08edbed9995324f329c9718faa9fce). I've dealt with both of them directly or through eBay before and they're alright.

How's their charges for postage Suspectimus? reasonable or a bit steep?

Quite reasonable - on par with RK. I can't remember where Aces is based, but Chimungmung's based in Asia.

Oddly enough, when I was toy hunting, I saw no Wheelies but the other 3 were pretty plentiful.

Yes it's very odd that Wheelie seems so popular in Asia, but then he was in quite a lot of Headmasters episodes, albeit being whiny and annoying.

It's because Wheelie was short-packed (http://www.allspark.com/content/view/10358/):
2 x SPRINGER
2 x SWERVE
3 x CLIFFJUMPER
1 x WHEELIE
Not sure why, but I guess Hasbro HK thought that Wheelie was such a hated character, that it would have the least demand. And it may well be, if the Singapore fan-forum is reporting it to be shelf-warming despite its 1-per-case ratio.

RobotKingdom has restocked the deluxe figures, but the Voyagers are still sold out at the moment.
I picked up all four, Cliffjumper is $22 and Wheelie is $35 to account for their relative rarity, with the other two being $30. Figured this way I know I've got them, and if they came to TRU, they're likely to be the same price anyway.

The Deluxes have been found in Canada retail. The GDO figs may not so hard to acquire after all. So much for Asia(n) exclusive....
