Anyone know what is the name of the plush toy of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee that came out few years back? Where you can stuff the robot back into itself and it become the vehicle mode.

I've got both. We are about to have our first child in the next few weeks and I wanted both for him as well. However I looked on ebay and they are HIDEOUSLY expensive. I think they cost me like $7 each on sale many years ago and on ebay it's $90 for the pair! Will keep an eye out for both our sakes :)

Beware of fakes. IIRC the fake Softimus Prime lacks the "fuzzy" part of the velcro on the front waist/hip area (which also means he cannot transform into truck mode properly)
