Like last year, Hasbro will have a presence at the NYCC (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/hasbro-and-idw-publishing-to-present-panels-at-new-york-comic-con-2012/25845/) (which is growing to be as big as the SDCC now)... so we should expect more exclusive toys from them as well.
Last year it was a TFPrime 2-pack (Bumblebee & Arcee), Bumblebee Nerf gun, and a TFs themed Cuponk game.
Hasbro and IDW should also show off some new things too, during this gap between SDCC/BotCon & Toyfair.
