Wow, you can see my fingerprint.. and I never noticed that red until this pic. It's a damn-near impossible position to paint without redoing the whole thing, so I'll let it slide. It's not as noticeable in real life.

Not sure if I'll make my own Thundercracker or wait to see what turns up on our shelves.

Hey Snaketales,

do you just use regular model paint (like the little tins you see at the hobby shops)?
Or is there something better for those types of plastics on transformers?

Thanks

Smart thinking... if you ever misplaced him people would know who to return him to :D Nice job BTW!

Nice work, the fingerprint isn't so bad, the mold really lends itself to a bit of repainting. sunstorm and acid storm would work pretty well, though the yellow wont cover other paint as well as the black you've used here.

Hi
Yeah I use a variety of regular paint from hobby shops. Some are oil-based, some are water-based. The brands that I remember I use are Humbrol and Games Workshop.

Thanks for the comments everyone. This morning I got bored and started on Thundercracker, so watch this space (I'll try not to leave any fingerprints this time)
