sorry if the wrong place to post
Ive looked for it everywhere. can't find it.
Does anyone know where you can find/buy (in the illawarra, just south of sydney) silicon rubber [the liquid stuff] that you can make molds from. I know you can buy it online but I prefer to walk into a shop and buy.
Also the resins used for casting from said molds.
Thanks to all

Hey man you can try Barnes located in Newtown. They have something called Pinkysil it requires a 1:1 ratio mix. Dead easy and no 24 hour cure. They also have resins.

I don't think so. You can purchase it online (http://www.barnes.com.au/catalog/pinkysil-p-1846.html) though. As for resins you can buy that through ecersleys or art riot. EBay is also useful but don't buy from Aldax because their silicone mix is a 100:3 ratio and a bit trickier to use. Mind you Aldax (http://www.aldax.com.au) is located in Mortdale.

Look under "plastics/rubber suppliers" in the Yellow Pages. There's a few in Albion Park and Wollongong. They should be able to help or at least point you in the right direction.
