Kinda looks like an autobot insignia mixed in with a teddy bear, regardless makes me hungry. I'm guessing it's cut/carved during the baking process to allow the bread to raise outwards, but yeah my cooking skill is pretty much non-existent:rolleyes:

Basically they shape the basic dough(butter, eggs, self raising flour, salt, sugar and yeast) into the shape of the insignia, then they make the cuts to make out the line details while still uncook. Once the bread cooks and rises the cuts become even more pronounced thus become grooves to make the insignia lines and details, then they just shake some icing sugar on top. Viola!
